Job DescriptionLogistics Associate $19–$24/hour | 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) Niagara Falls, NY Build Your Career with an Industry‑Leading Manufacturer Core Responsibilities • Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments; identify and escalate discrepancies, • Store and route materials using established warehouse and inventory systems, • Pick, stage, and deliver materials for production and sales orders, • Perform inbound quality checks and manage inventory transactions, • Prepare outbound shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation, • Coordinate truck pickups and communicate with carriers and shipping portals, • Maintain accurate records using Oracle Fusion and internal tracking systems, • Perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and manage inventory accuracy, • Generate serial numbers for inventory tracking, • Operate PIT equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and WAV equipment, • Drive a company vehicle between nearby facilities (approximately 1 mile apart), • Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with training, • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, • Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times, • Minimum 3 months of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience, • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience), • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle, • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance, • Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift, • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, • Experience with inventory management systems (Oracle Fusion a plus), • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tracking tools, • Forklift and warehouse equipment experience, • Box truck driving experience, • Strong communication skills and ability to work independentlyWhy You’ll Want to Work Here, • Competitive pay based on experience ($19–$24/hour), • Steady 1st‑shift schedule—no rotating shifts, • Growth opportunities within logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations, • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • 401(k) retirement plan, • Tuition reimbursement program, • Well‑run operation with strong safety standards and supportive leadership Work Environment • Warehouse and production support setting, • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift, • Regular use of PIT equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, WAV equipment), • Interaction with shipping docks, carriers, and internal production teams, • Indoor environment with seasonally varying temperatures, • Fast‑paced operation requiring attention to accuracy and safety, • Use of computers, scanners, and inventory management systems daily, • Occasional driving of a company vehicle between nearby facilities Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
