Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: This role is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of machinery, equipment, and systems in accordance with safety, quality, and operational standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems. · Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and perform repairs as needed. · Inspect, test, and diagnose machine malfunctions using tools and technical manuals. · Install new machinery or equipment and ensure proper operation. · Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports. · Assist with facility maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. · Follow safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. · Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime. · Collaborate with other departments to support production goals. · Ability to train other maintenance techs when applicable. Job Summary: As a Power Generation Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of power generation equipment, including diesel and natural gas generators, transfer switches, and related systems.
