Swim Instructors are responsible for ensuring the success of swim lessons by: • Ensuring you and your team are set up for success at every lesson by preparing your class materials and reviewing your lesson themes, • Teaching 4 swimmers per class by going through a well-established and proven curriculum of water safety, swim and swimplay skills (6 swimmers in our infant, parent-and-me style lessons). Each lesson lasts 30 minutes and is followed by the next lesson consecutively for a 4-hour shift., • Communicating progress and celebrating accomplishments with parents and caregivers at the end of class, • Lifeguarding and supervising lessons as requested or neededYoull guide new swimmers through their first days at Goldfish and be there to support them as they progress from mini and junior swimmers to gliders and pros!
