About You and The Role Zipline is building the future of instant delivery. As a Partner Success Manager, you will help us activate new partners in Houston and work with our broader team to help our restaurant and retail partners build their business on our platform. In this role you will directly own the relationship with our Houston restaurants and retail partners. You will be responsible for launching new restaurant and retail sites with our drone delivery service, building trusted relationships with the local restaurant and store managers at these sites, and identifying opportunities to grow the business. You are our important 'eyes and ears' on the ground - providing insights on pain points and identifying new product features and capabilities. To do this role well you will need to be curious, pragmatic and customer obsessed. You should be a structured thinker and action oriented – able to coordinate across multiple teams to develop a plan and drive execution. Finally, you should be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to a changing environment. This role will be based locally in Houston, Texas. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact. Job Description Job Title: Client Access Representative Salary: $18.00-$21.00 Hourly Position Type: Full Time- Non-Exempt Pay Schedule: Semi-monthly Location: Houston, 77006 and 77055 Reports To: Director of Community Wellness Department: WLSC Travel Percentage: 10% Description: The Client Access Representative serves as the first point of phone contact for new clients seeking services on both the Montrose and Spring Branch campuses. This position will receive initial client phone calls, make preliminary assessments to determine the appropriate program, complete initial intake paperwork, schedule initial appointment(s) and make referrals. This position will perform both administrative and customer services duties and must excel in both areas. They will collaborate within a multi-disciplinary treatment team to recognize, support, evaluate, and address any obstacles clients face in the intake process. Essential Responsibilities: • Answer a high volume of potential client calls, emails, and faxes, • Conduct initial intake for services- including but not limited to demographics, services requested, and insurance information., • Assess proper program referral based on client responses to intake questions, • Complete intake paperwork and send to appropriate provider/manager, • Schedule initial in person appointment based on assessment and program referral, • Work closely with client-facing teams to assure smooth client flow and cut down on wait time for services., • Check voicemails and return all queries promptly., • Assist with creating new client records in Electronic Health Record upon enrollment., • Help with scanning procedures to get client information into Electronic Health Record., • Create new client paper back up file including printing of Face Sheet and client labels., • Comply with all policies and procedures, including confidentiality for clients and client’s records., • Participate in scheduled supervision meetings., • Attend and actively contribute to all scheduled team meetings., • Engage in continuous professional growth and development., • Maintain professional conduct and dress code consistently., • Adhere to regular work hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
