We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager, Educator Performance Assessments to support the development, client management, and operations for a Next Generation Performance Assessment for educators. This new program in the Praxis product line will enable P-12 teacher candidates to practice, strengthen, and demonstrate their instructional skills and competencies through interactions with student avatars, portfolio submissions, coaching and feedback, and community engagement. This is a client-facing role with exciting opportunities to shape the future of education while working with a diverse, collaborative, and mission-focused team. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Product Management • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (assessment developers, instructional designers, psychometricians, AI and software engineer, external vendors) to develop, test, and deliver the new assessment., • Define and document requirements, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals., • Partner with product and marketing teams to execute successful go-to-market strategies and support sales., • Build and maintain strong relationships with state clients and educator preparation programs, ensuring their needs and contractual requirements are met., • Manage project schedule, milestones, progress, risks, and communications., • Oversee day-to-day operations, test administration, timely and accurate scoring, technical delivery, and customer support for the assessment., • Coordinate development of technical reports, training, and documentation in support of program. #LI-NK1 KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: • Strong client management, project management, leadership, analytical, and communications skills., • Experience with or passion for developing products that leverage AI, chatbots, avatars, and LLMs a plus.
