Maintain proper security and exercise good judgment in opening and closing bank accounts ensuring that you comply and that current procedures are followed., • Process secured, unsecured, line of credit, auto, and miscellaneous loan applications in person and by phone, and notify applicants of the loan decisions, • Open IRA accounts, rollovers, transfers, distributions, and account closing, • Input, maintain and/ or delete ATM and Debit Cards within system, • Assist customers with accessing their safe deposit accounts. About the role As the Strategic Operations Lead, you are laser-focused on solving for Reserv's scalability. You will be working closely with David – the SVP of Operations, a member of the founding team – and regularly be interacting with the executive team.
