General Statement of Responsibilities: The Addiction Public Health Specialist - Tobacco works in partnership with a multidisciplinary team to provide leadership, direction, and day-to-day management for all activities associated with achieving the goals of the New York State Center for Health Systems Improvement (C-HSI) project, funded by the New York State Department of Health Bureau of Tobacco Control (BTC).
