Interview new customers by phone, email or in person to collect the necessary information for quoting purposes. Prepare & market insurance quotes for producers for assigned accounts. Process policy transactions, including new business applications, renewals, and change requests. Proactively review expiring policies to identify coverage gaps, shop for better rates, and present renewal options to ensure maximum client retention. Requirements Ideal candidates for the role will include: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Prior insurance related experience in personal lines account management with a thorough knowledge of insurance products is preferred. A Property and Casualty insurance license or a Personal Lines insurance license. Experience with AMS 360, PL Rater and Agency Zoom preferred. Possess strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. A strong ability to work in a team environment.
