About the Role JPMS Distribution Center is looking for an experienced Cubiscan Coordinator. The Cubiscan Coordinator is responsible for managing all product dimensioning, weight capture, and data accuracy within the Haircare Distribution Center. This role supports operational efficiency by ensuring all items have correct dimensional attributes for storage, slotting, replenishment, cartonization, shipping, and WMS/WCS automation. The coordinator partners closely with Inventory Control, Receiving, Shipping, and Supply Chain teams to maintain the highest accuracy standards. Core Responsibilities: Cubiscan Operations & Data Accuracy • Operate Cubiscan equipment to capture and validate item dimensions and weights for all SKUs, new items, and packaging updates, • Maintain accuracy of dimensional data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related platforms, • Perform routine audits and re-scans to verify measurement integrity, especially for high-volume or problem SKUs, • Collaborate with Inventory Control to support cycle counts, slotting changes, and root-cause investigations for storage discrepancies., • Analyze dimensional data to recommend proper bin locations, pallet configurations, and optimal storage methods., • Ensure dimensional data accuracy to improve picking accuracy, cartonization, freight cost estimates, and automated system performance, • Monitor Cubiscan performance and escalate equipment issues to maintenance or IT support, • Follow established SOPs for Cubiscan operations, calibration procedures, and handling of product., • Ensure compliance with corporate quality standards and data governance guidelines, • Communicate measurement changes or corrections to Supply Chain, Planning, and Ecommerce teams, • Support packaging engineering or vendor partners in validating carton sizes or structural packaging changes, • Use Radio Frequency Scan gun (RF Gun) to scan all product moves at the warehouse, • Receiving: Unloading trucks, receiving, and inbound audits, • Put away: Move pallets of product to storage locations, • Replenishment/Transport: Transport pallets of product to new locations within warehouse, • Inventory: Counting and confirming inventory, conducting inventory audits, and reporting discrepancies., • Order fulfillment: Case Picking, pallet picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, including e-commerce., • Shipping: Load outbound products on to delivery vehicles. Ensure proper placement and securing items inside delivery vehicles. Create and attach necessary shipping documents to packages, including labels, invoices, and packing slips., • Outbound Audit: Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging and shipping., • Equipment operation: Safely operating turret truck, reach truck, Standup forklifts, walkie riders, electric pallet jacks, shrink machines, and other warehouse machinery, • View or input information into a Warehouse Management System (WMS), Enterprise Resource System (ERP), or another database, • Warehouse maintenance: Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy, and performing general cleanup and organization. Sweeping floors and emptying trash cans, • Health and safety: Following health and safety guidelines and ensuring a clean and safe working environment, • Rework: Perform Rework function as required, • Strong leadership skills, • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines, • Proficiency in basic computer skills, • Proficiency in using WMS systems, • Attention to detail: Accuracy and precision are critical to avoid errors and discrepancies, • Organizational skills: The ability to organize and arrange products efficiently, • Communication: The ability to communicate effectively is critical in a warehouse setting, • Teamwork: As a warehouse specialist, you rarely work alone, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Preferred Skills: • Ability to operate Turret Trucks, Standup Fork Trucks, Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ), and Walkie Riders, • Experience operating Cubiscan or similar dimensioning equipment, • Familiarity with WMS platforms (e.g., D365, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM) Qualifications: Education: • High school diploma or GED preferred Experience: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordinator role required Physical Requirements: • Lifting and Carrying: The ability to lift 30-50lbs regularly; occasionally up to 75lbs, • Standing, sitting and walking: Ability to sit, stand and walk for long periods (8–10-hour shifts), • Reaching and Handling: Use of arms/hands for reaching shelves, labeling, or scanning, • Bending, Stooping, Kneeling, and Crouching: Frequent movement required for inventory tasks, • Climbing: May need to climb ladders or use step stools to access higher shelves, • Pushing and Pulling: Push or pull carts, pallet jacks or bins (up to 100+ pounds in some cases), • Visual Acuity: Ability to read labels, documents, and operate scanning equipment, • Hearing and Communication: Ability to hear forklift horns, alarms and verbal instructions, • Work Environment: May be exposed to extreme temperatures (hot/cold) loud noise, dust or chemicals, • Pace: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring quick, efficient physical movement and time management
