Job DescriptionDescription: Hours Required 40+ hours a week FLSA Status Non-Exempt Purpose Supports the Company in the fundamental role of achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Principal Accountabilities • Use telemarketing to sell product and services, • Use telemarketing to expand customer base, • Receive, prioritize, and price quotes for customers, • Records and maintains customer account profiles and activities, • Reviews purchase orders and quality requirements to ensure correct processing, • Follow up as necessary to ensure order completion, • Collaborate with and support Regional Sales Managers The nature of this role is to have an outstanding ability to communicate with customers effectively and confidently. Must have an aptitude to sell product and promote services, maximizing all opportunities while maintaining gross profit goals. This is not a supervisory role, however, a certain level of coaching skills are required to effectively communicate with supporting customer service staff. The individual will spend all of their time in a busy office environment, using standard office equipment. They will need to talk/listen, stand, sit, read written instructions/reports, and type often. They occasionally may need to climb stairs, crouch, kneel, and balance. Mental demands include the ability to resolve problems, handle conflict, think critically, and meet deadlines.
