Job Summary Under limited supervision, set up, adjust, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain assigned equipment with responsibility for production and quality. Job Description Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on assigned conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment as needed. Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events. Assist maintenance mechanics in work that requires two people or when operational needs demand. Perform facility/building project work as assigned. Tasks include, but are not limited to, light bulb/ballast replacement, door repairs, furniture installation, ceiling tile replacement, carpentry duties, plumbing repairs and maintaining operation logs. Assemble and test equipment to verify correct operation and production. Analyze and record cause of production delays on daily production reports and initiate procedures to solve equipment malfunctions.
