Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals, • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction, • Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance performance, • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control, • Implement marketing strategies to promote store offerings, • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, • Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement, • Foster a positive team culture and encourage employee engagement Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience in retail management or a similar role, • Strong leadership and team management skills, • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions, • Customer-focused with a passion for service excellence, • Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems, • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified individuals.
