Job DescriptionDescription: GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, warehousing, and delivery of company furniture assets to support Food and Beverage Team and Events. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Cleaning, prepping, maintenance, and general upkeep of company assets, including furniture., • Pulling orders based on specified requirements., • Prepping, loading, unloading, and setup of furniture., • Assisting with deliveries and pickups to event venues., • Driving box truck for deliveries. (Non CDL), • Adhere to all security, control and safety procedures established by organization. Knowledge of the Fire/Life/Safety procedures., • Ability to work special events, full time, weekends, holidays and cover open shifts, • Document and place all damages according to set procedures., • Maintain a high degree of communication with the management team EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: • Experience working in high volume, fast paced warehouse environment., • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds routinely. Able to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl., • Must have a good driving record and a valid WA State drivers license., • Ability to operate a pallet jack, hand truck, box knife, box truck, and fork lift., • Experience driving a box truck and a forklift a plus., • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language, able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals., • Must demonstrate a “Guest First” attitude at all times. Job Description Warehouse Driver Duties: • Operate truck that transports product and material to and from dry warehouse and return all RTS boards., • Load, secure, and unload product and material from truck., • May pick up and deliver small local loads upon warehouse Manager request., • Turn in receiving paperwork daily (bill of lading, manifest, etc.), • Read work orders to determine product to be moved, gathered, distributed, or shipped., • Operate forklift or pallet jack to move product or shipments from shipping and receiving elevator to storage or work area., • Assist with receiving deliveries., • Accurately documents the movement of product to and from the production floor., • Monitor and complete paperwork for accuracy checking case counts, lot numbers, and work order numbers., • Check labels, date codes, product codes, and box weights on all incoming and outgoing product to ensure accuracy., • Record lot #'s, board #'s, and number of cases on board of incoming and outgoing product., • Affix labels to outgoing pallets of product identifying product information including product codes, lot #'s, etc., • Record items in save area for incoming and outgoing product., • Record all partial boards of incoming and outgoing product., • Ensure production lines have necessary product and respond to request promptly., • Fill work orders or requests for product and distribute items to correct lines., • Sign for shipments delivered on the dock., • Check receiving paperwork to ensure description and quantities match what is being delivered., • Distribute received items to the appropriate departments upon receipt., • Turn in all receiving paperwork daily (bill of lading, manifest, etc.)., • Must have valid Driver's License, • Excellent attendance, • Able to work independently and on a team, • Able to follow written and verbal instruction, • Able to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally, • Excellent communication skills, • Must be dependable and quick learner Benefits: Salary Disclosure The typical hourly pay range for this role is $22.00 - $24.00 per hour.
