Location: Glendale, AZ 85301 Company: Fulline Vending Inc DBA Arizona Complete Candy & Tobacco Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Backup Route Delivery Driver to support daily warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory handling, and product organization. This position is primarily warehouse-based, with route delivery driving required on an on-call, fill-in basis Tuesday through Friday to cover scheduled routes, employee absences, increased delivery volume, or other operational needs. The ideal candidate is reliable, flexible, and willing to help wherever needed, including picking orders, stocking, cleaning, general facility upkeep, and filling in as a delivery driver when required. They should take initiative, work well with others, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Warehouse Duties: • Pull, pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently., • Load and unload products, boxes, totes, and pallets., • Restock warehouse inventory and maintain organized product locations., • Verify order accuracy before products are loaded for delivery., • Assist with inventory counts, product rotation, and identifying shortages or damaged products., • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse work area., • Use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, carts, and other material-handling tools., • Complete required warehouse paperwork, order documentation, and related records., • Communicate order issues, product shortages, or inventory concerns to management., • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies. Backup / Fill-In Route Delivery Duties:, • Be available for on-call backup route delivery driving Tuesday through Friday as needed., • Fill in as a route delivery driver due to staffing needs, call-offs, vacations, business volume, or scheduling changes., • Deliver ordered products to customers using a cargo/transit van or box truck., • Unload boxes and pallets of product from the vehicle using a pallet jack, dolly, or other equipment and place products in the customer’s designated area., • Review invoices with customers, obtain required signatures, prepare credit slips when applicable, and collect payment when required., • Contact a Supervisor or Accounts Receivable Supervisor with delivery, invoice, or payment questions., • Complete all required vehicle, delivery, and route paperwork., • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections when assigned to drive., • Maintain responsibility for vehicle inventory and assigned product while covering a route., • Service all assigned customers by the end of the shift when working as a driver. Physical Requirements This position requires frequent physical activity throughout the shift, including: • Repeated lifting, loading, unloading, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, squatting, and grasping., • Handling products weighing approximately 1–60 pounds., • Standing and walking for extended periods, including approximately 6+ miles per day., • Working in a warehouse environment and occasionally in delivery/customer locations., • Safely using pallet jacks, dollies, carts, and related equipment. Qualifications, • Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean DMV record, and be able to pass a background check and drug test., • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to report to work consistently for early morning shifts., • Prior warehouse, order pulling, stocking, distribution, vending, route delivery, or related experience preferred., • Must be flexible and willing to assist with warehouse duties, general facility upkeep, and backup delivery driving as needed., • Strong attention to detail when pulling, checking, staging, and loading orders., • Ability to work independently while also supporting the team as daily needs change., • Must be physically able to lift, move, load, and unload products weighing up to 60 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift., • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, including approximately 6+ miles per day., • Ability to safely operate a cargo/transit van or box truck preferred., • Please mention “early morning warehouse support” during your interview so we know you reviewed the full job description., • Ability to follow instructions, complete paperwork accurately, and communicate professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and customers.
