The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling complex medical malpractice cases and a passion for advocating on behalf of injured patients. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage medical malpractice cases from initial consultation through trial or settlement, • Conduct thorough investigations into alleged medical negligence incidents, • Analyze medical records, consult with medical experts, and develop case strategies, • Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs, • Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies, • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations, • Mentor junior attorneys and oversee case teams, • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, • Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar Association, • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing medical malpractice law, • Proven track record of successful case outcomes and substantial settlements/verdicts, • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and standards of care, • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities, • Board certification in Medical Malpractice Law, • Experience with class action lawsuits related to medical devices or pharmaceuticals, • Background in healthcare or life sciences Interested in hearing more?
