Responsibilities: Perform a variety of esthetic services, including facials, microneedling, facial massages, laser resurfacing, and laser hair removal. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their skin needs and preferences. Upsell additional services and retail products to elevate the client experience and drive revenue. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe experience for all clients. Requirements: Valid esthetician license. Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian. Proven experience in esthetic services, including facials, facial massages, and microneedling. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to upsell products and services effectively. Strong attention to detail and a passion for skincare. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
