We are currently seeking a Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data from various sources into our systems while working from a remote location. Your primary duties will include transferring data from paper documents, digital files, and spreadsheets into designated databases or electronic formats, ensuring data integrity, and identifying and rectifying errors. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members and supervisors remotely to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and address any concerns. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience with remote work and proficiency in remote access tools and software is preferred. Independently manage and execute data entry tasks remotely, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all operations. 2. Utilize remote access tools and software to securely access company databases and input data from various sources. 3. Verify the integrity of data by conducting thorough checks and validations, adhering to company standards and protocols. 4. Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors remotely, collaborating with team members or supervisors as needed. 5. Organize and maintain electronic files and documents remotely, ensuring accessibility and proper categorization for future reference. 6. Prioritize and manage workload effectively, meeting remote deadlines and targets for data entry projects. 7. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information while working remotely, following company policies and industry regulations. 8. Communicate regularly with remote team members and supervisors through email, messaging platforms, or virtual meetings to provide updates, seek guidance, and address any concerns. 9. Adapt to new remote tools, technologies, and processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy in remote data entry tasks. 10. Continuously improve remote data entry skills and knowledge through self-directed learning and participation in virtual training sessions or workshops. Pay: $20 per hour + $17 training bonus Note: In addition to the hourly rate of $20, a $17 training bonus will be provided upon successful completion of the training period.

The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to: Performing preventative maintenance on customer forklifts and other material handling equipment Diagnose and repair all forms of customer equipment Completing each repair job in a timely, efficient and professional manner Providing exceptional customer service Work and manage workloads independently Proper completion and submission of all required paperwork Performs other duties as assigned Consistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time Qualifications: Valid NYS driver's license Two years of previous forklift repair expereince is highly desired, which includes experience in the Military, Guard or Reserve with an MOS or NEC code of 63B, 63H, 63S, 63W, 63Y, 91B, 91H, 91L, 91M or CM Strong working knowledge of electric and liquid propane units Excellent mechanical aptitude Possess own tools Computer programs - HYPASS, Hyster TKC training software and Yale/Hyster contact management system Language Skills - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills - Basic: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. Reasoning Ability - Intermediate: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Physical Demands/Work Environment: Physical/Sensory Functions: Regularly will stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands; Frequently will talk/hear; Occasionally will sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
