Job Description Our client is a highly regarded plaintiff-side employment law firm seeking a Senior Employment Attorney to join its growing practice. The Opportunity You will handle complex employment matters from inception through resolution, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour claims. The firm prioritizes strategic litigation, thoughtful advocacy, and professional excellence, volume-driven practices in favor of well-managed, high-quality cases. Senior attorneys are trusted with ownership of their matters while benefiting from a collaborative environment that includes skilled support staff, experienced colleagues, and streamlined internal systems.
