This role is ideal for a seasoned litigation professional who can independently manage cases, think critically about case strategy, and aggressively pursue the evidence necessary to maximize case value. The successful candidate will not only support litigation—but actively drive case progress through strategic investigation, thorough analysis, and persistent follow-through at every stage of the case. Client Relations • Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring timely, clear, and consistent communication, • Gather and analyze key information, including incident details, medical treatment, lifestyle impact, and employment history, • Assist with evidence collection and proactively identify what is needed to support liability and damages, • Aggressively pursue records and documentation, including:, • Medical records and billing, • Employment and wage loss documentation, • Police, fire, and operator reports, • Coordinate with investigators to obtain detailed witness statements, • Arrange for and attend inspections, scene visits, and evidence reviews, • Draft and manage a wide range of litigation documents, including:, • Pleadings and complaints, • Interrogatories and responses, • Requests for Production of Documents, • Mediation Memorandum, • Identify, vet, and retain appropriate expert witnesses (medical, economic, liability, reconstruction, mechanical, etc.), • Maintain full ownership of case files from intake through resolution, • Ensure all files are organized, complete, and litigation-ready at all times, • Work closely with attorneys to prepare cases for trial, including:, • Finalizing discovery and ensuring completeness of the evidentiary record, • Attend trial and provide hands-on litigation support, • Maintain detailed notes on jury selection and trial proceedings, • Ensure immediate access to deposition transcripts, discovery, and key documents, • Track and manage all trial exhibits, • Prepare and coordinate trial subpoenas, • Schedule and participate in regular case strategy meetings with attorneys, • Proactively identify and escalate case issues (e.g., client concerns, evidentiary gaps, witness availability), • Collaborate effectively with attorneys, administrative staff, law clerks, and interns, • Contribute to improving internal processes and case workflows Requirements:, • Minimum 3–5+ years of litigation experience (personal injury strongly preferred), • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a litigation caseload, • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess case value and evidentiary needs, • Proven track record of proactive, detail-oriented case management, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities, • Strong proficiency with case management software (e.g., Litify or similar), • Experience with document management systems and e-filing platforms (state and federal courts), • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), including document formatting and data tracking, • Ability to manage large volumes of digital records, including medical records and discovery productions, • Experience organizing and reviewing electronic evidence (PDFs, images, video, metadata where applicable), • Familiarity with litigation support tools (e.g., exhibit preparation, deposition summaries, trial presentation software), • Comfortable learning and adopting new legal technologies quickly, • Monday – Friday, • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, • 401(k) Plan with Profit Sharing, • Flexible Spending Account, • Health Savings Account, • Paid Time Off, • Paid Holidays, • Basic Life Insurance Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
