Job Description A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-level attorney to join its Finance group. This team advises on a broad range of bespoke credit facilities and plays a key role in documenting and negotiating complex financing arrangements, including: • Employee co-invest lines of credit, • Management company lines of credit, • NAV-based financings, • Subscription facilitiesKey Responsibilities, • Draft and negotiate commercial lending transactions, including asset-based lending (ABL), cash flow loans, and specialty finance matters, • Manage secured and unsecured financings, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex transactions, • Gain exposure to global legal practices and high-profile finance mattersQualifications, • J.D. from an accredited law school, • 5–10 years of finance law experience, • Strong background in commercial lending transactions, • Familiarity with private client-focused facilities, • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, • Must be willing to work from the New York officeCompensation, • Base salary range: $310,000 – $425,000 (commensurate with experience), • Bonus opportunities based on individual and firm performanceTop 5 Reasons to Join 1.
