Job Description Our client is a excellent regional law firm that is currently looking for an experienced Associate Attorney with a focus on Commercial Real Estate to join a well-established law firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a skilled team of attorneys, engage directly with clients, and contribute to complex transactional work in the real estate sector. Ideal candidates will bring expertise in title and survey review, due diligence, and the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive title and survey reviews for commercial real estate transactions, addressing any issues or defects that arise., • Manage due diligence processes for property acquisitions and dispositions, ensuring accuracy and compliance., • Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, including purchase agreements, closing documents, and easements., • Coordinate closing procedures by liaising with lenders, title companies, surveyors, and external consultants., • Provide strategic advice to clients on real estate risks, regulatory compliance, and transaction planning., • Collaborate with internal teams to support broader corporate, real estate, and financing initiatives., • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and practical problem-solving skills., • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction., • 2–6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, with expertise in title and survey review and due diligence., • Proficiency in drafting, negotiating, and analyzing real estate transactional documents., • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail., • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach and the ability to work independently or collaboratively., • Familiarity with acquisition and disposition processes for commercial properties., • Solid understanding of real estate compliance and regulatory considerations.
