Duties • Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them in a timely manner • Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using the Open Table Reservation system • Assist with take-out orders and ensure accuracy in packaging • Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth flow of service • Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and lobby area • Provide excellent guest relations and address any inquiries or concerns promptly Requirements • Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred • Proficiency with POS systems, specifically Open Table & Square POS, is a plus • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to assist team members as needed • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor
