Job DescriptionSalary: Hiring Range (Monthly Pay):$6,250 - $7,500 MARKETING PROGRAMS MANAGER Job Code: MKGPMMGR Reports To: Director, Marketing and Communications Base Location: AZ or CO Work Status: Virtual Office Minimum Starting Monthly Range: $6,250 Hiring Range (Monthly Pay): $6,250 - $7,500 Full-time / Part-time Full-time Exempt / Non-Exempt Exempt Risk Designation: Low Summary The Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing programs that support organizational and departmental goals. This role partners closely with all marketing functions, as well as cross-functional teams to ensure programs deliver measurable impact and cohesive brand experiences across marketing and event portfolios. This role will manage all activities related to the processing and tracking of all Marketing requests and projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, collaborative, and skilled at managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Critical components of this role includes leading the organizations flagship summits and regional event strategies, owning program architecture, customer engagement strategies, operational execution, and reporting on measurable impact towards organizational and departmental objectives. This position is based in Phoenix Arizona; Denver Colorado; or Grand Junction, Colorado and requires local residency in one of these base locations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: • Work closely with the VP of Marketing, Director of Marketing, and Marketing team members to manage incoming and current projects., • Build program roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans., • Partner with internal stakeholders to define program goals, target audiences, messaging, and KPIs., • Manage daytoday program operations, ensuring deliverables stay on time, on budget, and on brand., • Manage large-scale, complex projects from concept through execution, coordinating multiple workstreams, scope, contributors, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery., • Coordinate with various teams to develop campaign assets., • Route work for approvals, ensuring alignment and stakeholder visibility., • Champion best practices for planning, execution, measurement, and collaboration., • Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for program activities., • Create and maintain documentation, workflows and templates to strengthen marketing operations (i.e., Request Intake, Campaign Templates, SOWs, Agendas, and Timelines)., • Serve as the primary point of contact for the marketing department's shared inboxes, as well as the organizations general inquiry inboxes, managing incoming communications and directing to the appropriate departments., • Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution the organizations annual flagship summit, including event positioning, attendee experience design, content development, campaigns, sponsorships, registration, speaker and agenda communications, branding, and post-event impact reporting., • Track and analyze conference marketing performance, including attendance trends, engagement metrics, and post-event feedback., • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and event partners to support conference planning and execution., • Oversee a portfolio of regional events and engagements, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and market strategy., • Monitor program performance using analytics tools and dashboards., • Provide insights and recommendations to improve program effectiveness and ROI., • Regularly report program results to stakeholders, highlighting successes, learnings, and next steps., • Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to secure speaking opportunities, from proposal development through presentation planning and execution., • Organize and lead cross-functional meetings and project check-ins with confidence., • Performs other related duties as assigned. Skills • Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to adapt writing style for different audiences. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills., • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives at an enterprise level., • Expertise in event experience design, audience engagement strategy, and content programming., • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions., • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing tactics and digital best practices., • Proven ability to work independently as well as ability to effectively work in a team environment and maintain strong working relationships at all levels., • Ability to plan, organize, manage, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently and effectively., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet strict deadlines., • Detail oriented, especially as it relates to time management., • Ability to embrace changes and adjust quickly to work demands and shifting priorities., • Proficiency with marketing tools such as CRM, marketing automation systems, project management software, and analytics platforms. Education/Experience • Minimum of 5 7+ years experience in related field required., • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required., • Experience in planning, coordinating, and tracking of projects and/or programs is required., • Experience supporting or managing events and large-scale marketing initiatives is required.
