Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Brooklyn, NY (11229) Schedule: Monday - Friday from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (closed all federal holidays and weekends) Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our client-facing team, responsible for delivering outstanding service and support to our valued customers. You will handle general inquiries, help customers make their payments, provide information about insurance products and policies, process policy changes, and ensure that each customer interaction is handled with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance or information regarding their insurance policies and claims., • Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits., • Educate customers on various insurance products, coverage options, and policy features., • Process policy changes, endorsements, and payments efficiently and accurately., • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system., • Collaborate with our sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities and enhance customer retention., • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty., • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry preferred but not required, • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written., • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers., • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities., • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications., • A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service., • A team player who can also work independently when needed., • Competitive compensation package including base salary and possible performance-based incentives., • Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays after 90 days of employment)., • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
