Prep Days Tuesday, September 9th - Shift Time: 12PM - 7PM Wednesday, September 10th - Shift Time: 10AM - 7PM Thursday, September 11th - Shift Time: 10AM - 7PM You’ll assist with event setup and production, merchandising brand displays, organizing and managing event inventory, styling photo moments, and providing general support to our lead event producers. These are full, hands-on days that involves both creative and logistical work to get the venue ready. Strike Day Saturday, September 13th Shift Time: 9AM - 3PM You’ll assist with post-event production tasks, including dismantling signage and backdrops, organizing and storing event supplies, managing inventory of event materials, and providing administrative support such as contributing to post-event reporting or recap documentation. These are full, hands-on days where you’ll gain valuable experience in seeing how an event is wrapped, learning the behind-the-scenes process that brings everything full circle. While it is not required to work all shifts, working multiple days will be encouraged and will 100% be more likely to be chosen for this role. PLEASE NOTE: The position is volunteer. This role will often work in conjunction with other key marketing team members. The Marketing Associate will be involved in each stage of the project, from pre-development planning through final production of marketing collateral.
