Job Description Summary The Portfolio Rehabilitation Manager will report to the VP of Development – Design and Construction and will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management, supervision, coordination, and successful delivery of assigned projects and portfolio initiatives from pre‑construction through close‑out. This role ensures projects and capital investments meet objectives related to budget, schedule, quality, constructability, and long‑term asset viability.
