Engage with customers to promote sales and encourage repeat business through friendly interactions. Skills Previous experience as a barista or in a food service setting is required. Strong cash handling skills with the ability to perform basic math calculations accurately. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. A genuine desire to help customers and provide an outstanding experience. Knowledge of food handling practices within the food industry is beneficial. Ability to multitask and work efficiently alone at a fast pace. Pay is based on hourly wage plus potential tips

Additional duties include assisting the Culinary Team with basic Sandwich Making. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates. You should be able to work various shifts.
