Responsibilities: Assist in the pre-production, production, and post-production phases of various projects. Help coordinate schedules, manage equipment, and organize production logistics. Support the production team with tasks such as script reading, research, and talent coordination. Participate in on-set activities, including setting up scenes, managing props, and assisting crew members. Contribute to editing, sound design, and other post-production processes. Maintain production documentation and ensure all files are organized and accessible. Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and team meetings. Requirements: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field of study (e.g., Film, Media Studies, Communication, Arts). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Passion for storytelling and film production. Basic knowledge of film production processes and equipment. Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The group is looking to expand and pursue growth opportunities, with several new lines of business in the pipeline. We pride ourselves on culture, with several group outings each quarter. Role Description This is an internship role at Just The Pilgrims LLC. There is hybrid flexibility, but certain tasks will require you to be on-site in the greater New York City area. Some additional travel around the Northeast will be required. Responsibilities - Support the ideas team by executing on presented business plans - Recruit investors and fundraise capital to be deployed by the group - Settle disagreements among group members by providing an objective third-party perspective - Coordinate with the events team to handle the planning of corporate outings - Develop apps and handle social media marketing - Ad-hoc requests Qualifications - Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (select recent graduates will also be considered) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Capcut certification is a plus - Familiarity with coding languages (Python, C++, Java) - Ability to build things - Must be able to drive If you think this role would be a good fit for you, please submit an application with your resume. Social Media Intern We’re seeking a passionate social media creator. You'll have a keen eye for trends and join us on “field trips” to the theatre district. A curious mind and openness to disrupting the industry are key. Responsibilities - Concept and plan social content - Execute planned content - Capture footage live from broadway and around the theatre district - Monitor social channels and stay engaged with community online.
