Senior Business Development Leader $85,000 - $110,000 + commissions We are seeking an extraordinary leader with a proven track record of success in sales to join our team as a Senior Business Development Leader. As the face of Paul Davis in the community, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth by expanding our market presence, building high-value client relationships, and increasing demand for our commercial restoration and reconstruction services. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Establish a current list of property and facility managers within commercial buildings/ facilities, • Cold calling prospective business by emails, phone calls and in person introductions, • B2B sales to customers in the commercial property space who utilize restoration services to support their facilities, • Schedule in person meetings with prospective commercial business accounts, • Maintain and grow current commercial business relationships, • Submit and maintain a log of weekly activities and meetings scheduled, • Plans, develops, and establishes sales policies, principles, and procedures, • Maintain a commercial client contact log and pipeline, • Investigates market conditions and facilitates to determine time, place, and type of sale, • Coordination, attendance, and promotion of all company events relating to marketing, • CE classes, • Commercial Seminars, • Lunch and Learn Seminars for Insurance Professionals, • Trade Shows, • Community Events, • Assist Coordinators with before and after pictures of losses for big projects, • Track all sales data in our main operating systems, Luxor and RMS, • Generate a weekly lead count, job count, • Generate a weekly individual sale on estimates AND commercial sales, • Generate monthly sales data for individuals, departments, and divisions, • Creation of a daily loss report and lead report, • Maintain companys CRM, • Work with Regional Marketing Managers to promote and marketing your local office, • Conduct market research and assist with lead generation, • Recruit and coach team members, promote teambuilding and engagement in the office, • Schedule and conduct department meetings and weekly GS&Rs with direct reports, • Responsible for expense budget maintenance, • Review and discuss sales performance with operations manager/department managers and Commercial Marketer, • Responsible for coaching and developing A-players with leadership development skills and position development skills, • Represent the companys Vision, Mission, Values and Serving Basics, • Discuss and review marketing plans and objectives with Commercial Marketer, • Participate in staff meetings, • Attend company trainings and conferencesCompetency Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:, • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), • Knowledge of CRM systems, • Customer Service Skills, • Communication skills via email, phone, and face to face, • Administration skills, • Priority Management Skills, • Effective Meetings Skills, • Selling Skills, • Ability to be assertive, • Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems: RMS, Luxor, SharePoint, and One Drive, • Ability to coordinate marketing events from start to finish, • Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone, email, or face to face, • Ability to work office equipment (scanner, printer, phone system, computers), • Ability to work independently, • Ability to maintain an acceptable background and MVR check during employment, • Ability to operate a company vehicle safely, • Maintain a level of confidentialityRequired Education and Experience, • High School Diploma or GED required, • 5+ years experience in an outside sales (B2B) role, • 5+ years of Commercial relationship management and sales, • Proven success track record of succeeding YOY goals, • Working knowledge and book of contacts in DMA, • 3+ years of CRM experiencePreferred Education and Experience, • Associate Degree or bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, • Experience in the Restoration, Construction, or Insurance industryPhysical Requirement, • Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 50% of the time, • Must be able to sit 50% of the time during business development prospecting, • Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, • Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and in person, • Must be able to stand on a hard surface for up to 100% of the time Travel Local travel based on job requirements. Travel (local) may be up to 70%.
