Why join us? • 401k matching and access to the our internal financial program, • Complimentary personal financial coach, • Health and fitness program to track activities and earn rewards, • Paid family leave, • Discounts on medical premiums, • Free comprehensive health screenings, • Free health coaching for weight-loss and hypertension management, • Financial and emotional support for family planning journeys, including fertility, adoption, pregnancy, and parenthood, • Free life coaching sessions, • Pet insurance discounts, • Organized community projects and events to give back Job Details Responsibilities: • Conduct ongoing quality control reviews of project documents, • Select, evaluate, and detail building systems, • Partner with the Project Manager to adhere to both client project budgets and internal financial guidelines, • Collaborate with the Project Manager to establish project plans, milestone schedules, and staffing needs, • Work closely with the Project Manager and Construction Team to understand cost estimates, construction sequencing, and project constructability, • Support internal continuing education sessions and lead lessons learned initiatives, • Research building systems as needed, • Collaborate with the Project Designer to bring the design vision and intent to life, • Lead the project team in documentation, modeling, quality control, and coordination with consultants, • Demonstrate proficiency in developing building facade details and/or coordinating interior building systems, • Apply zoning, building, life safety, accessibility, and energy codes as applicable, • Assist in the development of project manuals, • Resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle, • Lead or delegate tasks related to construction administration, • Thrive in a collaborative team environment, • 8+ years of experience in healthcare architecture, • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an NAAB-accredited program, • Professional licensure Interested in hearing more?
