*Candidate must be located in Phoenix, AZ and onsite 5 days a week with occasional travel to our Dallas, TX office. * Job Overview: We are seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to design, build, and spearhead modern data platform architectures using Microsoft Fabric and next-generation cloud ecosystems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business strategies and high-performance technical execution. You will drive multi-million dollar digital transformations, design scalable data architectures, and build Centers of Excellence (COE) that empower self-service analytics and AI monetization. What you will do: Architecture & Strategy • Design and implement end-to-end enterprise architectures leveraging Microsoft Fabric (including OneLake, Data Factory, Data Science, Azure ML, Purview, Fabric IQ, and Foundry)., • Pioneer modern data topologies such as Data Mesh, Lakehouse, and Data Product frameworks to support global scalability and domain-driven governance., • Architect hybrid and multi-cloud solutions seamlessly integrating data and services across Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, and other platforms., • Ensure robust enterprise-grade governance, security, regulatory compliance, and trust boundaries across all data and AI products., • Lead clients on their AI journeys by designing pragmatic roadmaps to drive data readiness for agentic workflows. Leadership & Client Engagement • Serve as a trusted advisor and client-facing technologist, effectively translating complex technical architecture into compelling business value stories for C-level executives., • Evangelize how to establish and scale a Data & AI Center of Excellence (COE), • Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams of data engineers, scientists, and analysts across multiple geographies. Execution & Business Impact • Deliver ROI optimizing multi-cloud data infrastructure investments., • Oversee comprehensive data migration projects from legacy platforms to cloud-native target architectures. What you will bring to Sogeti: Experience & Leadership • 15+ years of IT experience across Cloud, Big Data, Data Warehousing, and Data Architecture., • Proven track record spearheading multi-million-dollar digital transformation initiatives in domains like Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain., • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and consultative selling capabilities. Technical Deep Dive • Data Platforms: Expert-level mastery of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory (ADF), ADLS Gen2, Purview, Fabric IQ, Foundry, and Databricks., • Data Engineering: Strong hands-on background in SQL, Python, PySpark., • Data Modeling: Advanced proficiency in designing Star/Snowflake schemas., • Multi-Cloud: Practical knowledge of AWS and GCP (S3, Glue, Matillion, Redshift, Lambda, Aurora, Bedrock, GCP, GBQ, Gemini, Vertex)., • BI & Analytics: Hands-on experience designing executive-level semantic layers and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau. Nice to haves: • Practical knowledge of Vector databases and Knowledge Graphs (Pinecone, Neo4J, Neptune, Cosmos)., • Practical knowledge of agentic frameworks (LangGraph, Crew AI, Strands, A2A)., • AI certifications on Azure / AWS / GCP., • Certifications on Fabric / Snowflake / Databricks., • Project management experience and/or PMP certification., • Agile experience and/or certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Product Manager). At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $120,000 - $155,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
