Job Description Regulatory Compliance Manager (Healthcare) Monsey, NY (Onsite) $50–$70/hour (approx. $105K–$150K DOE) Full-Time highly preferred, but may consider flexible hours Position Overview A home care organization is seeking a mid-level, hands-on Regulatory Compliance Manager to support the Chief Compliance Officer. This role owns day-to-day compliance operations; managing audits, addressing complaints, reviewing contracts, and ensuring regulatory alignment across all departments. Training on home care regulations will be provided, but you must bring strong compliance and audit experience and be fully self-sufficient in carrying out compliance responsibilities.
