About the Role DVF is seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day management, merchandising, and optimization of DVF.com, with an added focus on performance marketing support. This role sits at the intersection of site experience, product merchandising, digital marketing, reporting, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, digitally fluent, and excited by both the creative and analytical sides of ecommerce. This person will help ensure the website is accurate, elevated, commercial, and optimized to support product launches, campaign moments, email/SMS, paid media, and overall business performance. Key Responsibilities Site Management & Merchandising • Manage day-to-day updates across DVF.com, including homepage, navigation, collection pages, landing pages, featured collections, and product placements., • Merchandise product collections to support new deliveries, seasonal stories, campaign moments, full-price selling opportunities, and commercial priorities., • Upload new products to Shopify for seasonal launches and chase styles., • Build and maintain product detail pages, including product copy, image uploads, collection tagging, “pair with” recommendations, and “shop the print” functionality., • Conceptualize capsule collections within seasonal deliveries to support storytelling, merchandising, and selling opportunities., • Upload markdowns and partner with the Merchandise Planner and store teams to ensure pricing updates are accurate and communicated clearly., • Conduct regular site QA across desktop and mobile, including PDPs, PLPs, navigation, links, imagery, pricing, promo codes, cart, and checkout., • Monitor product availability, broken links, incorrect pricing, sold-out products, image issues, and copy errors., • Support basic SEO best practices across PDPs and collection pages, including product naming, metadata, collection copy, image alt text, and internal linking., • Conduct competitive research across fashion and luxury ecommerce sites to identify opportunities in merchandising, product storytelling, landing pages, promotions, and site experience. Performance Marketing Support • Maintain and QA paid media landing pages to ensure traffic is driving to relevant, in-stock, brand-right, and conversion-optimized pages., • Pull weekly insights on top-selling products, high-click products, low-stock items, markdown exposure, and full-price selling opportunities to support paid media decisions., • Assist with creative testing by helping identify strong product imagery, campaign assets, GIFs, bestselling styles, seasonal storytelling angles, and product opportunities., • Ensure paid media, email, homepage, navigation, and collection merchandising are aligned around key product stories and business priorities., • Support email and SMS campaign creation from concept through execution, including copy drafting, image selection, GIF creation, and coordination of creative assets., • Assist in building and maintaining the email marketing calendar., • Partner with Marketing and Creative to ensure website updates support email, paid media, social, PR, and broader brand initiatives., • Ensure campaign, capsule, editorial, and promotional moments are properly reflected across the website. Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, digital marketing, email marketing, or a related role., • Experience with Shopify., • Familiarity with Google Analytics and ecommerce KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, sell-through, return rate, and revenue., • Basic understanding of paid media, email/SMS, site merchandising, and the digital customer journey., • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple priorities at once., • Strong written communication skills and an eye for brand-right copy, imagery, and storytelling., • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally., • Interest in fashion, ecommerce, digital marketing, and luxury retail. Compensation & Benefits The expected base salary range for this position is $55,000–$70,000, depending on experience.
