Assist with inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory checks to keep the sales floor organized. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Support team members with supervising tasks when needed and contribute to a collaborative store environment. Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure smooth checkout experiences. Previous supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in retail settings. Ability to conduct engaging product demos that educate customers and promote sales. Bilingual skills are highly valued to connect with a diverse customer base effectively. Strong communication skills to clearly convey information and provide exceptional customer service. Knowledge of retail sales techniques, upselling strategies, and merchandising principles. Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is preferred for familiarity with retail operations. Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations and transaction calculations. Excellent phone etiquette for professional remote communication with customers or vendors.
