Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Lead weekly marketing meetings both internally and with our partners, pushing the food hall team’s creative limits., • Manage our social media team and calendars, promoting individual food hall brands and identities., • Support organization, internal structure, and communication efforts for new projects., • Create and execute an annual marketing plan inclusive of an events calendar, key partnerships, press, and budgets., • Build short and long term grassroots marketing plans in partnership with our events and operations teams to drive traffic and sales., • Write, curate, and execute weekly and monthly newsletters featuring upcoming events, food specials, and our community., • Manage communication between our PR firm, food hall management, design team, and partners, acting as a liaison to ensure quick turnaround, fact-checking, and consistent content., • Coordinate photoshoots for press and internal use, working with kitchen and bar managers on execution, and archive and organize photo files., • Consistently review and update website content in conjunction with our IT team., • Work with the private events team to develop collateral, assets, and toolkits to support marketing efforts for private events., • Develop, strategize, and report on digital marketing and out-of-home efforts with partners., • Maintain a thorough understanding of and manage Olly Olly’s marketing budget with the support of the Director of Food Hall Operations., • Consistently strive to go above and beyond in providing hospitality to our employees, guests, and partners., • Create content for Olly Olly’s TikTok account., • Build relationships with influencers and coordinate opportunities for them to visit the market and create content.Requirements: About You: • 5+ years of field marketing experience, ideally within the hospitality industry., • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail., • Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects at once and prioritize effectively., • Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and analytics, public relations and communications, social media platforms, and web/blogging., • Strong interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and collaborative approach., • Ability to take ownership of projects and lead initiatives proactively., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong relationships with vendors, partners, agencies, and other stakeholders., • Ability to work on-site and meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
