Position Summary: As a Line Leader, you will be an ambassador of Mighty Quinn’s BBQ. You will be an integral part of creating exciting and rewarding guest experiences through positive face-to-face interactions. You will report directly to the General Manager and work with other team members in a clean, safe, and respectful manner. You will be responsible for the general oversight of service on a day-to-day basis, as it relates to both food preparation and quality customer service. You will also assist other Front-of-House employees with all tasks necessary to execute successful service while upholding all company safety and food quality standards and procedures. *While Line Leaders are customarily our more experienced FOH employees, they do not directly supervise or manage any other FOH employees.
