Description The Defense group at Leidos currently has an opening for an RF Design/Integration Engineer supporting the Threat Sensors portfolio in Huntsville, AL. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience in RF and electrical design for advanced RF systems that provide critical information to customers. Primary Responsibilities: The successful candidate will design, build, and integrate RF hardware and systems, develop algorithms, and conduct systems analysis across a variety of research, development, and operational tasks. Description Leidos is seeking a Junior Radar Modeling Engineer for Radar System Model/Software Development to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems involving foreign weapon systems. Description The Leidos Corporate Earned Value Management (EVM) and Scheduling Center of Excellence (COE) is seeking an experienced Control Account Manager (CAM) to support the diverse and unique enterprise portfolio of projects that are championed by the EVM and Scheduling COE. The role will promote the establishment and implementation of the Leidos EVMSD that facilitates the adoption of the EVMS management system that is common across all Sectors and mission directors for the implementation of best business practices. The application of timely and predictive analysis, as well as, providing all stakeholders with greater insight into project performance will enhance opportunities for project success. A significant part of this roles is expected to be in the capacity of being a coach to CAMs on specific programs and to serve as a CAM on new start-up activities or when the COE engages on program recovery to improve program execution. This position is empowered with a project’s cost, schedule, and technical responsibilities of a control account(s) when Earned Value Management (EVM) is required. Compliance with the Leidos EVMS and EVMSD to plan and manage scope, schedule, and budget of an integrated project for optimal planning and control of prime contracts and in-house projects is required. Ideal candidates for this role have a diverse background in the complimentary functional domains that enable the best CAMs, such as scheduling, traditional financial analysis, serving as an EVM analyst, understanding the policy aspects along with the practical aspects of implementing EVMS, and the many supporting the supporting toolsets and sub-systems. Primary Responsibilities • Direct operational management of multiple and concurrent programs to meet established business standards and contractual requirements., • Direct point of contact and support of internal/external customers and our development teams to help define manufacturing requirements and plans., • Provide input to processes, standards, and operational plans to implement organizational strategies., • Provide hands-on Subject Matter Expertise in all facets of the program execution., • Monitor and direct matrixed staff operations., • Reviews work products for completeness and compliance with customer requirements across all operational tasks., • Manage all program required deliverables to on-time delivery at required quality levels, • Leverage current programs and customer relationships to expand Scope of Work Requirements and establish new business., • Provide regular program status updates and reports to customers and organizational managers., • Calculate labor and material estimates to completion., • Provide labor and material estimates for new business opportunities., • Serves as a liaison between all entities between both commercial and defense program teams as well as senior leadership. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant worki experience in Electronics project or program management. Engineering., • Ability to multi-task, interact, and succeed with multiple customers and stakeholders with varying expectations and requirements., • Manage and organize complicated and diverse scopes of work to ensure successful program execution., • Demonstrable and extensive experience with MS Office tools, particularly Excel., • Four (4+) plus years of team management experience., • Hands-on technical experience with Product Life Management, Configuration Management, and Enterprise Resource database management systems, interface tools, and reporting., • U.S Citizenship required., • Ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance is required. Preferred Qualifications • Ability to establish a vision, and executable plan around that vision., • Strong communication skills.
