Job Description*applicant must live in Brevard CountyOVERVIEW The Better Together team is seeking a Partnership Manager to oversee the organization’s efforts to build new relationships with churches, local donors, employers and other key community partners in the organization’s Central East Florida Region, which includes Brevard, Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, Palm Beach, and St. Lucie counties. The Partnership Manager will research and share our programs to help inspire more people to get involved and support the mission of Better Together. The Partnership Manager will report to the Regional Executive Director and also work closely with the strategic partnership team. An ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma; associate degree preferred. They should have a passion for the mission of Better Together and the work we do to strengthen families through compassionate community and employment. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated strong sales skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and attention to detail. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys researching, prospecting and closing key partnerships in the community that will help further the mission of Better Together. Extended hours may be required for events, meetings, training, emergencies, or natural disasters., • Maintain regular communication with team members to coordinate efforts and provide timely updates., • Proficiency or ability to quickly learn the following platforms:, • Salesforce, • Zapier, • WordPress The organization’s headquarters are in Naples, Florida, but all the Better Together staff reside in Florida. Better Together is seeking a candidate that resides in Brevard County. Better Together has built a highly successful work culture over the past decade with systems and structures designed for clarity, flexibility, and great communication. Key elements of the environment include: • Weekly team meetings with clear accountability and the opportunity to solve issues as a team., • Quarterly in-person team meetings at which you’ll build deeper relationships, set clear goals aligned with the Better Together vision, and brainstorm how to seize new opportunities, • An intensive 90-day orientation to familiarize you with the Better Together team, our policies, and how we operate Better Together offers a competitive salary of $55,000-$65,000 and a benefits package, which includes a health benefit and generous paid leave plan.
