Providers currently conduct in-home visits five days per week, with an upcoming transition to a hybrid model (3 days in-home / 2 days telemedicine) as the practice continues to grow. This is a full-time, day-shift role serving patients across South Austin through Bastrop, ideal for a provider who is confident in autonomous clinical decision-making and comfortable traveling between patient homes.
