Job Description Role and Responsibilities The RN Case Manager will administer skilled nursing care to patients requiring professional nursing service. During the IV therapy, the nurse monitors the patient for adverse reactions and ensures that the tubing, bandages and needle stay in place. When a patient needs blood levels checked, an IV nurse performs a veinous phlebotomy. During the entire IV therapy process, the nurse obtains sets of vital signs, completes the physical assessment and review of systems, documents all patient-related activities and records the medications they use. Provides and coordinates all aspects of staffing services to the patient with the assistance of the Company Directors, Nursing Coordinator and the Director of Nursing. Communicates with the patients to determine problems and/or solutions regarding their treatment. JOB SUMMARY Under the direct supervision of the Sales Manager, with direction from the President, the Business Development Associate is responsible for developing new customer relationships and growing the company’s customer base with the goal to increase sales.
