Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Technologist Location: Binghamton, NY 13903 Start Date: 05/04/2026 Duration: 3+ months (with possible extension based on performance) Hours: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day) Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday • Sunday: 7:00 PM – 8:00 AM, • Monday–Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Job Summary: We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technologist responsible for performing a full range of laboratory testing and analysis, including work in all areas of the lab with proficiency in blood bank operations. The role ensures accurate, timely, and high-quality diagnostic results in support of patient care. Required Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology or equivalent, • Grandfathered NYS Licensed CLT (if applicable) Required Certifications & Licensure: • New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License (required), • Proof of grandfathering exception (if applicable), • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross) Preferred Certifications: • ASCP Specialty Certification (issued by New York State) Key Responsibilities: • Perform diagnostic laboratory testing across all lab sections, • Maintain proficiency in blood bank procedures, • Ensure accuracy, quality control, and compliance with lab standards, • Operate laboratory equipment and document results accurately, • Collaborate with healthcare teams for timely reporting of results Compensation: • Total Weekly Pay: $2,337.00 (including $1,337.00 stipend) Pride Health offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity), 401(k) retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
