The HR Generalist will serve as a key member of our People Operations team and will support a wide range of HR functions across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is proactive, and wants to make a meaningful impact on employees’ day-to-day experiences.Our Pillars • Make things easier., • Forge genuine connections., • Elevate the standard.Roles and Responsibilities, • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions, providing timely and professional support., • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming employee experience., • Implement new hire orientation programs and support employee recognition initiatives., • Administer employee time off programs, leave of absence processes, and associated documentation., • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, life events, and annual open enrollment., • Attend and participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations (conducting lower-risk investigations independently as appropriate)., • Perform additional routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs, including but not limited to performance management, recognition programs, etc., • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy across HR systems., • Assist with payroll processing tasks, especially related to changes, LOAs, and data validation., • Collaborate on HR policies, process improvements, and compliance efforts as the company continues to scale., • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; review company policies and practices to ensure continued compliance., • Stay current on HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in HR and talent management., • Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications, • Bachelor’s degree required., • 3+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-state, or growing organization., • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements., • High emotional intelligence and sound judgment; able to handle sensitive matters with tact and confidentiality., • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills., • Comfortable using HRIS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft workspace applications., • A team player who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to jump in wherever needed., • SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.Benefits, • Medical, Dental and Vision on the first of the month after employment (based on FT hours), • Paid Vacation, Sick, and Holiday time, • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential counseling services, resources, and support to help you navigate personal or professional challenges., • 401(k) plan with company contribution, • Opportunity to work in a cutting-edge healthcare technology environment, • Professional development opportunities and training
