Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent., • Prior experience in a medical office or customer service role is preferred., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including basic familiarity with scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems., • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
