Job Description What You’ll Do You will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, accurate, and professional customer experience from order entry through delivery and follow-through. Your responsibilities will include: • Processing customer orders with accuracy and urgency, • Coordinating shipping, tracking, returns, and rebates, • Managing shared inboxes and handling inbound and outbound calls, • Processing credit card transactions responsibly, • Maintaining accurate and timely records in HubSpot CRM, • Partnering closely with Grower Relations, Technical, and Field teams, • Building strong relationships with distributor representatives and logistics partners Who You Are You may be an excellent fit if you: • Have exceptional attention to detail and catch errors others overlook, • Take ownership of your work and follow through without reminders, • Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently, • Enjoy structured processes and understand why they matter, • Remain calm and productive when priorities shift, • Handle multiple tasks without sacrificing accuracy, • High School diploma, • Experience in an office-based customer service role, • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot This is not a transactional customer service position. You will gain exposure to how commercial operations truly function — from logistics to cross-functional coordination to process integrity.
