We are seeking a motivated, clinically skilled, and team-oriented Physical Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary practice. This position is ideal for a provider who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, values patient-centered care, and wants to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. Position Overview As a Physical Therapist at Joint & Spine, you will play a key role in patient evaluation, treatment planning, rehabilitation, and case management. You will work closely with chiropractors, medical providers, occupational therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care through evidence-based treatment approaches. We are looking for a therapist who is organized, outcome-focused, and comfortable working within structured clinical systems designed to support both patient success and provider efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations., • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, clinical findings, and functional limitations., • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training., • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes., • Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, recovery expectations, and home exercise programs., • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system., • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) in accordance with New Jersey regulations., • Collaborate with chiropractors, medical providers, and rehabilitation staff to ensure coordinated patient care., • Participate in team meetings, patient education initiatives, and occasional community outreach events.Qualifications Required • Current and active New Jersey Physical Therapist license., • Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based treatment skills., • Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities., • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment., • Strong organizational and documentation skills.Preferred, • Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or rehabilitation settings., • Experience supervising Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)., • Familiarity with multidisciplinary or integrative healthcare environments., • Manual therapy experience.Compensation & Benefits, • $50$60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications., • Medical insurance benefits., • 401(k) plan with employer matching., • Paid time off (PTO)., • Paid holidays., • Continuing education assistance and professional development support.
