Core Responsibilities: Food Preparation & Culinary Execution • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards, and production guidelines., • Execute all assigned station responsibilities while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation standards., • Ensure proper preparation, cooking temperatures, portioning, and plating techniques., • Assist with daily mise en place, prep production, and station setup., • Maintain speed, organization, and accuracy during service periods., • Execute food orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards., • Support culinary leadership in delivering exceptional food experiences across all hospitality programs.
