Geotechnical Engineer We are looking for a driven Geotechnical Engineer to support the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects across a variety of environments. This role offers the opportunity to develop project engineering skills under the guidance of senior staff, while contributing to geotechnical design, fieldwork, and client reporting. Ideal candidates will have hands-on field experience, technical curiosity, and a strong foundation in engineering principles. Geotechnical Engineer Responsibilities • Conduct field investigations, soil sampling, and laboratory testing to support geotechnical analysis, • Assist with report writing, engineering calculations, and the preparation of drawings and specifications, • Support Project Engineers and Project Managers with design, budgeting, and scheduling tasks, • Perform construction inspections, including concrete, rebar, and earthwork observation, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve engineering problems and deliver project milestones, • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, • Bachelor’s degree in civil, geotechnical, or related engineering field, • 3–5 years of relevant experience; PE license preferred or ability to obtain within 2 years, • 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification (preferred), • Experience with tools such as Nuclear Density Gauges, hand augers, and soil classification procedures, • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Rocscience, GSLOPE, Microsoft Office, and related software, • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits: • Base salary: $91,000–$121,000, • Bonus potential and mileage reimbursement
