We have ~20 locations under management, 20+ full time employees, and the pipeline for growth is HUGE! What are parking management services? In a nutshell, these services are applicable at commercial real estate properties that generate parking income. Owners and managers of these properties hire Raffle Parking to manage all aspects of the business that pertain to parking (revenue collection, marketing & advertising, expense management, budgeting & financial reporting, facility maintenance, etc.), and Raffles primary service objectives are a) creating a positive experience for the garage patron (the parker), and b) maximizing net operating income (NOI) for the garage owner. Raffle-managed properties will generate higher net operating income (NOI) vs. our competitors, which benefits the client directly. Whats the secret sauce? The Position Accounting Associate Were looking to add a detail-oriented Accounting Associate for the Raffle Team with experience in financial reporting, bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliation. As an Accounting Associate, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations. Key responsibilities include: • Conduct regular G/L account entry activity., • Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with the established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department., • Reconcile bank statement., • Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly, research and solve discrepancies., • Assist in audit activities., • Assist accounting team in special projects and assignments as required., • Compiling the monthly sales tax payment calculations, • Classification of credit card expenses, bill back to clients are necessary, • Setting up monthly wire payments for client distributions, • Record accounts payable transactions, • Tracking of critical dates, as communicated by leadership, • Electronic file management, network management Skill / Ability / Experience Requirements Most Important / Must Have (the Intangibles) • High aptitude in Assertiveness, • Entrepreneurial Spirit, • Customer Service Oriented, • Trustworthy, • Respect for Others, • Adept, Capable, Receptive Accounting Associate Position specific requirements include but are not limited to: • Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree (preferred), • Experience (3-5) years in Intuit QuickBooks, • Experience (3-5) years in NetSuite, • Experience in Accrual Accounting, • Fluent in Microsoft office, excel, word, etc., • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-company environment., • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
