Job Description We’re hiring an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property management business and handle the tactical work related to it. This is a high-accountability, execution-focused role. You’ll manage our virtual property management team, coordinate with vendors, and ensure our systems are followed and clients are well taken care of. Job Description GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: The General Manager is responsible for ensuring that the center is run according to the required K1 standards. The General Manager also holds their Salaried and Hourly Staff accountable along with developing them to the next levels.
