Job description Community Habilitation Specialists support and assist the participants in achieving their daily living goals, skills and other activities such as, activity development and training in social interaction and helping then live as independently as possible. Full Job Description Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for doing asphalt and pavement laying This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to operate heavy equipment and perform manual labor. Duties: - Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, Caterpillars, dump trucks, front loader trucks, graders, etc. - Perform general construction tasks including building, paving, bulldozing, and grading - Assist with utility locating and excavation - Load and unload materials and equipment - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area - Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: - Previous experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred - Ability to operate backhoes, Caterpillars, dump trucks, front loader trucks, graders, etc. - Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time - Knowledge of construction techniques and safety procedures - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication skills Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
